What It’s Like to Work at EAS

We’re not about buzzwords or corporate fluff.

At EAS, you’ll find:

  • A team that has your back
  • High standards, without the BS
  • A focus on doing the job right, not just getting it done
  • Support to grow your skills, whether that’s technical, leadership or both

People matter here — not just when it suits the business.

The Kind of People Who Thrive at EAS

We love people who:

  • Take ownership of their work
  • Are keen to learn and upskill
  • Pitch in and help others when needed
  • Care about quality, safety, and doing things properly
  • Want to be part of a team, not just clock hours

If that sounds like you, you’ll probably fit in well.

  • Industrial electrical
  • Automation & control systems
  • Maintenance, breakdowns and project work
  • Manufacturing companies, industrial sites and farms across the Waikato and further afield.

No two days are the same — and that’s how we like it.

People don’t stay at EAS by accident.

We offer:

  • Competitive pay that reflects experience and effort
  • Ongoing training and development
  • A supportive, down-to-earth team culture
  • Opportunities to step up as the business grows
  • A workplace where effort is noticed and ownership is valued.
