Ben Keith

As Operations Manager at EAS, Ben Keith brings more than 20 years of trade and leadership experience.

A dual-trade electrician and refrigeration engineer, his career includes eight years with the Royal New Zealand Navy followed by senior roles across service, sales and operations management.

Ben leads EAS’s day-to-day operations and delivery, keeping our people, projects and resources on track. With a practical, analytical approach and a strong focus on helping others succeed, he brings together hands-on trade experience with commercial and operational leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering
  2. Trade Certificate in HVAC&R
  3. Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
